SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation that your package has shipped with a tracking number. 

*Please allow a few business days for your tracking link to be updated . Orders marked as “pre-shipment” does not mean we have not shipped your order - the shipping courier may be scanning more or less based on their workload. We do not have control over how fast an item will be in transit.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to peak selling season, invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, and public holidays. Thank you in advance for your patience.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we can only cancel it within 6 hours - that is because our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped to you ASAP!

 

 

LOST PACKAGES & PACKAGE PROTECTION

Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of the postal courier. Asyllum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Asyllum is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes, and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times, or incorrect shipping addresses.

If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, or not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order. Please see our “Return To Sender” information below.

 

 

RETURN TO SENDER

We do not issue full refund for return-to-sender packages if we are not at fault. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid, or not signing for your package, you will receive either a 25% refund on the original purchase or a 50% discount on reorder.

 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

At Asyllum, we strive to provide efficient shipping options for our customers. We have a domestic warehouse in the United States and global warehouses in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada to provide faster delivery times for each region. If the warehouse serving your region is experiencing a backlog, your order may be shipped from one of our international warehouses. Rest assured, there will be no additional charges for shipping in these instances.
