How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

 

How long does delivery usually take?

After your order has shipped, delivery usually takes:

Europe: 4–15 days

North America: 4–13 days

South America: 11–21 days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 days

Asia: 4–12 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier handling, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

 

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking links may take a few business days to update after shipment.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $95 USD.

 

Are duties and taxes included?

For the original shipment, we cover VAT and taxes on your purchase.

For return shipments, please make sure to clearly mark your package as: “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”. This helps reduce the risk of customs charges when the package is returned.

Please note that we do not refund or reimburse any duties or taxes related to return shipments.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Asyllum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates and contacting the courier directly if there are any delivery issues.

 



Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery in unused and unworn condition.

If your product has a quality issue, please contact us within 21 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

If approved, we will gladly resend a new item at no additional charge.
